A brief history

About BM English School Bangalore

The school was founded in 1958 by a visionary KV Krishnan and his wife KV Seetha. They spearheaded the initial stages of the school with only a handful of students.

The school later grew over the next few decades under the mentorship and commitment of Mr KSV Subramanyam, who to this day is the chairman of the school. The school was founded on high moral values, making sure the students imbibe the highest quality of education.

Those founding pillars still prevail to the highest order. With 15,000 + alumni, the school boasts of being one of the oldest run institutions of the city with great heritage attached to its name.

In our school, we aim to shape our students with utmost care and patience. Our central belief is to train our students to develop a well fortified emotional as well as mental equilibrium, preparing each student to face every eventuality in their lives with confidence.

Our teachers are trained by the best theme - specific professionals to follow an individual pupil centric approach for the optimum physical and mental development of a child. In BMS, every child is seen as an asset, with our objective to create ideal and productive citizens who can contribute to welfare of the society and the nation at large.

Further, in today’s age of machine learning and artificial intelligence, our school has an aim to take ambitious stride in equipping our students with necessary skills to take on the challenges of today and the future.
